Absolute stomper
What was the writing and recording process like?
It was written on a break from work over a cuppa tea, I’d had the chords for a while, and it just flowed out. Recording it was great, Gavin really brought out the best in us and bounced off his ideas with his ours really well, several guitars, several vocal takes and several trips to the shop. It was brilliant.
Who did you work with on the album?
Gavin Monaghan in Magic Garden Studios
We are also expected to hear a new EP ‘Eloquently Common’, tell us more about the EP and the creation.
The EP was the first 5 songs I’d recorded with Matt Cotterill before I’d started the band. It was a proper kick up the backside to get a band started. It was all the tales of nights out and hangovers, and I think they were all written either drunk or hungover as well.

Proper authentic
