He has multiple plans for releasing over the course of 2023, Including an EP, and Can’t wait for everyone to hear them!
What made you go into music?
The guitar was what started it and I only ever thought I’d be a rock guitarist! When I was 14 I had a break up, discovered artists like James Blunt, and fell in love with songwriting (sad songs haha)
Who are your influences?
Dermot Kennedy, Damien Rice, Tracy Chapman, Ben Howard, James Blunt, David Gray.
Are you a signed?
I am independent
You released your new single ‘Reason’, tell us more about the single and the meaning behind the song:
“I wrote Reason from my perspective of going through patches of not feeling like I was achieving and having a pretty defeated outlook on life. I created the song with a specific person in mind who I feel grateful for always taking me as I am, in the good as well as in the bad times, even when I am not feeling great. I love the idea that a song can be something that shines light upon someone who you really appreciate and are thankful for. I hope it makes you think about that special someone in your life.”
Describe the track in two words.
Emotional & Powerful
What was the writing and recording process like?
I wrote this song with good friend/artist/producer Dominique Gilbert. We went into the studio and recorded it in a day. It was a quick and natural process.
Who did you work with on the single?

What else can we expect in early 2023?
I have lots of singles, a collaboration, and hopefully an EP! Exciting times
Where do you see yourself now in 5 Years?
I hope to get a publishing deal over the next few years. And I aim to be doing the artist stuff full time.
What quote or saying do you always stick by?
“Lose your dreams and you might lose your mind.” – I find this quite funny and also inspiring to keep on pushing. I don’t have a back up plan…so I’ll try and make it work until it does haha.
When you are at a gig, what are 5 things you cannot forget?
