I am a pop singer based in LA that is in love with music, a cat owner, LA film school grad and currently have 3 singles released on all streaming platforms!

What made you go into music?
I have been singing and writing since I was a little. It was something I always dreamed of doing. I never felt like I had to go into. It always felt like a part of me.

You have released your new single
‘If I Loved You’, tell us more about the single. I released this single in May and it was my third single to ever be released. So far, the reaction has been super positive! I sang this song live on a mini tour before It was released, and I had a dream of a moment when the crowd sang the song back to me. It will be a moment in my career that I’ll never forget. 

What is the meaning behind the single?
This new single is about love and how big love is! It is about me wondering if I could allow myself to have a big love? And if I did, what would that be like? And from that, I wrote this single, If I Loved You. 

Describe the track in two words.
Risky Love 

What was the writing process like?
 It was a really fun process. It was fun to write a song about a good situation. I wrote it with Brandon Colvein, and the moment I fell in love with this song was the melody with “If I loved you” written with it. 

What was the recording process like?
 I recorded with Adrian Gurvitz and every time I record with Adrian, I receive so much knowledge from him. Being able to sing the adlibs was so fun. I want to now do that with every song!!

Brandon Colvein and Adrian Gurvitz 

Will we see a music video for the track?
 No, but I did release a lyric video to go with it. 

Will we see an EP or Album and if so, what can we expect?  
Hopefully, soon! I have a lot of songs that I have written and are ready and I hope to release them soon so you can hear a little more from my heart. 

Do you have any shows coming up?  
Yes, I am going to be joining the High School Nation tour in September, and I hope to do even more! 

If so where will you be heading?  
Chicago! I have never been and I am so excited. 

What else can we expect in 2019?
More Music!  

Do you have any collaborations coming up with any up coming artists? 
Not at the moment, but I hope to! I love creating music with new people

Do you play any instruments?
I play the piano!  

Who are your influences?
 Katy Perry is probably one of my biggest, and I am also always influenced from life experiences. 

How do you get inspiration to write songs?
 Through Life! There is so much craziness that goes on in life! That gives me plenty of inspiration. 

When you’re not doing music, what do you do?
 I hang out with friends, and I am pretty involved with my church at Fearless LA. 

What was the song you listened to most that influenced you to go more into the music scene? 
That’s so tough!!! Bohemian Rhapsody is one song that breaks every rule, and in my opinion, will never be topped, so it’s fun to try to push yourself as a creative to keep up with that song!  

What’s the best advice you have ever been given?
Don’t put your happiness into things that can change.  

What advice would you give to aspiring musicians not about the industry and just as an artist?
Get a vision of what you want and who you want and no matter what comes your way continue to follow that vision of who you want to be, and you will eventually get there. 

What quote or saying do you always stick by?
 2 Corinthians 4:18 – So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

Where in your hometown is a must go to visit?
   If we’re talking food you gotta go to Chuy’s and get that jalapeño ranch! It’s my favorite~
