You have a new single out ‘DOUBLEGLAZEDGAZEDOWN’, tell us more about it.
DGGD is about the struggle between empathy and apathy. How do we choose to engage with the ongoing traumas we are seemingly surrounded by, if at all? The double-glazed gaze is viewing things remotely, unaffected.

 

What was the writing process like?
It began as a guitar progression + melody, which the rest of the track is constructed around.

 

What was the recording process like?
I recorded a demo, which we then took the studio and spiced up. We added a wurly and lot’s of atmospherics, and recorded real drums rather than electronic.

 

Will you be releasing a music video for the track?
Yes already online.
