Maz O’Connor is a London based artist and is here with two new releases.
First up is a a smooth rework of Candi Station, the 1976 soul classic but when Maz’s vocals come through it reignites it its a magnificent way sang yet so sweet.
Taking on a a classic can be hard but to give it that extra little light like Maz has done really gives makes her stand out and you will love it!
‘Young Hearts Run Free’ which will be released on the 28th April 17
Then a new direction is coming for Maz and you will be excited to hear where its going.
‘Wasteland’ shows the originality, the time and a whole load of love that has gone in to it and created this folk feel to the track yet has a the roots of music that surprises you as soon as you hear it. With vocals beaming through like sunlight but lyrics coming straight from the heart which at the second listen your taking in the lyrics then after that your just enjoying the track whilst working and singing along.
By the end you feel what she is singing which can be hard for artist but not Maz , be ready to be hearing her on your tv,radio and everywhere!
‘Wasteland’ will be released a bit later on the 12th May 17.
