Lawrence Rothman strips back and wears their heart on their sleeve with their new song ‘The Meaning’. A slow production to emphasise the importance and story. Vocals that are raspy, clear and creates that authenticity through the song. ‘ The Meaning’ is a song that takes you to different worlds from reminiscing, to the day and has you thinking about the future. as Rothman says “Examines purpose, forgiveness and whether truth comes from somewhere divine or from wounds buried deep inside ourselves” and this is exactly what hits you most when you have listened to it for the first time. It also comes with ‘A Fire Test’ and is from the upcoming album coming this September.
Proceeds from “The Meaning” will be donated to The Trevor Project to support LGBTQ+ young people.
