What is your name?
Madison Olivia
What made you go into music?
Music has always felt like home to me. I grew up surrounded by it, especially through my Gran Gran Jolene, who was a country artist herself and performed alongside legends like George Jones and Gene Watson. Watching how music could move people and bring them together really shaped me. I started singing at five years old, and I do not remember ever wanting to do anything else.
Who are your influences?
I am inspired by artists who are not afraid to push boundaries while still staying grounded in strong songwriting. HARDY is a big one for me. I love how he blends genres like rock and country without losing the storytelling that traditional country music is known for. Chris Stapleton has that raw, soulful delivery that hits you in the chest, and that is something I have always gravitated toward vocally.
I also love what Ella Langley and Kassi Ashton are doing right now. They have this fearless, edgy presence but still feel authentically country. At the end of the day, I am drawn to artists who make you feel something real. I can only hope my music carries that same emotional weight.
You released your new song ‘Take My Man’, tell us more about the song and the meaning behind it.
Take My Man was such a fun song to write and record. I actually came into this writing session very heated. I had just found out that a girl was coming after my guy, and I remember thinking, oh absolutely not.
At the same time, he is attractive, kind, and sweet, so I get it. I completely understand why someone would be drawn to him. The song plays with that tension. It is me acknowledging, yes, I see why you are looking, but he is mine.
We leaned into that fiery, protective energy and exaggerated it in a fun way. It is not meant to be taken too seriously. It is playful, a little dramatic, and definitely kind of more tongue in cheek. Underneath it all, I feel that it is about confidence. It is about knowing what you have and standing firm in it.
Describe the track in two words.
Confident and unapologetic.
What was the writing and recording process like?
The writing process was really special for this one. I came into the room very fired up. We built the song around that feeling. It started as this raw, protective instinct, and then we leaned into exaggerating it in sort of a playful way. In the studio, we were pretty intentional about trying to match that attitude sonically. The production needed to feel bold and driving without overpowering the storytelling. We focused heavily on dynamics, making sure the verses held tension and the chorus really exploded. Vocally, I wanted it to feel powerful but still natural, like you are hearing me in the moment rather than something overly polished.
Who did you work with on the song?
I wrote this song with Reid Sorel, who is literally my right hand man. I have worked on so many songs with Reid, and he is such an incredible talent. He creates the safest space for me to be as creative as possible and really listens to his artists. I truly believe he is the next big thing in Nashville, and I feel incredibly blessed to not only create music with him, but to call him a friend.
We also wrote this song with Abigayle Kompst, who is an unbelievably talented artist and songwriter. Working with the two of them was easy and so much fun!
Will we see a music video for Take My Man and if so can you tell us about the creative process.
Yes, we are definitely doing a video. I do not want to reveal too much just yet, but I am so excited to bring fans some visuals this year. This song has so much potential, and I cannot wait for everyone to see that world come to life on screen.
Will we see a new EP or Album and if so what can we expect from the creative process.
There is definitely new music coming. I do not want to put a label on it just yet, whether it is an EP or a full album, but I have been writing a lot and really digging into who I am as an artist. This next chapter feels very intentional. I have been doing a lot of self discovery, pushing myself melodically, and making sure every song feels cohesive while still having its own personality. There is a lot of growth for me sonically and emotionally, and I am excited to share that. Being vulnerable has been tough for me in the past, but I am excited to open up and show people exactly who I am. You can expect honesty, confidence, and a little edge. It still feels like me, just more evolved.
Will we see any live shows or a tour coming up or in planning, if so what can you tell us about it?
Yes, there are definitely live shows coming up, and we are planning more. Being on stage is my favorite part of this journey, so performing and connecting with fans will always be a priority. We are expanding into new cities while still showing love to the places that have supported us from the beginning. I truly feel like we are building something really special, and I cannot wait to bring the energy of these new songs to life on stage.
Where will we be able to buy tickets from?

What else can we expect in 2026?
2026 is going to be a big growth year for me. You can expect more music, more live shows, and more authenticity. I do not just want to release songs. I want to create moments and experiences around them.
There will be more visuals, more connection with fans, and more of getting to see who Madison really is. It is all about leveling up while staying true to myself.
What quote or saying do you always stick by?
One quote I have always stuck by is, “Work hard, stay kind, and let the music speak for itself.” I am not sure who originally said it or if it is just one of those sayings that has been around forever, but I truly live by it. For me, it is about putting in the work, treating people well, being real, and trusting that the music will say what it needs to say. I take authenticity very seriously because this industry, and honestly the world, can be full of people who do not always have your best intentions. It is so important to stay true to yourself, stay kind, stay humble, and surround yourself with people you genuinely trust.
When you are at a gig, what are 5 things you cannot forget?
- Definitely my in-ear monitor. I learned that lesson the hard way.
- A honey citrus mint tea with a little Jack Honey in it, sponsor me please. It has become part of my pre show ritual.
- A gigantic bottle of water on stage to stay hydrated while I am running around like a crazy person.
- A hype moment with the band before we go on to make sure our minds are right and the vibes are good. That little huddle before we walk out is everything.
- And lastly, my setlist with all my notes on it. Harmony reminders, arrangement cues, all of it. Even if I know the songs by heart, I like having that roadmap in front of me.
