TALKING WITH ‘ERIC JON VERI’ OF MY UNDECLARED REVENGE ALL ABOUT HIS UPCOMING RELEASE WE GOT A SNEAK PEAK OF! FROM THE WRITING TO THE MAKING AND MORE, READ IT BELOW!

Sean Farmer” The surf artist”

What is your name?
My Undeclared Revenge / Eric Jon Veri

What is your genre of music?
That’s a good question that I have no answer to at the moment. I’m finding these days that the songs just come out and they are how they are as far as sounding. I can’t explain it.

Give us a little bio about you.
I grew up in Jacksonville Beach Florida and have been in bands since I was 14 or so.. Long time…I have had some great fun and luck in life, and some not so great… which makes for great songs So they say… lol… Im just thankful I am able to this full time and I am very grateful.

What made you go into music?
My birth father was a professional musician and my step grandfather was a big band musician who went to Julliard. He played with alot of the greats in the 30s in Harlem and he was the one the first day me at a piano and started it all. Doing this just always felt right and I love doing it. Creating from nothing. I write for me and it makes me happy, if other people enjoy it that’s great also. But it’s just something inside that is always going. It is what I love to do.

Are you a signed?
Once upon a time, but that was another lifetime ago.

You set to release your new single ‘What It Means At All’, tell us more about the single.
Its a song I wrote and have been working on finishing in Dallas TX with Todd Pipes from Deep Blue Something at the controls and producing.  I let him pick it out of a few of my songs and that’s the one he chose first, and it’s going to be even better than the version you heard when we finally get done. So hopefully as soon as everything settles down I can get back down there and finish up last of vocals and we can get it finished and out.

What is the meaning behind ‘What It Means At All’?
It’s about being in hurt and still in love, but realizing everything she ever said to you she says to every guy. And she says it so much and has no clue what the words really mean anymore, if ever.  Experience, unfortunately… lol

Describe the track in two words.
Broken hearted

Will we see a music video for the track?
That is actually being discussed as we speak. And I have seen couple story board ideas so far. And I am for it. I don’t want to be in it.. But I am for it… Lol… So yes,  I think it will happen.

Will we see an EP or Album this year?
I have enough for one but I think at first it will be singles.

Do you have any shows coming up?
Not anymore… lol… have to see when all this is over and places start opening back up and rescheduling and go from there

If so where will you be heading?
That I am  going to play by ear when all this is over. I love going out on the road and performing and meeting people.

What else can we expect in Early 2020?
This release and I think another in about a month after.. If the world gets back to itself…

Do you have any collaborations coming up with any up coming artists?
I had a great guitar player Travis Jones from Nine Left Dead help out on this one and Guyton Sanders from The Vandoliers is the drummer on the sessions. Upcoming Ivan Khatchoyan from Cooking on Three Burners will be drumming on a song or two. There is at least one more but I want to make sure he will be able to still when its time. Things are kinda crazy for everybody at the moment.  I have also been talking with Simon Lagerwall out of Sweden and kicking some ideas around with him and also his band ,Indigo Warriors, about doing something together so we will see!

Would you be up for collaborations if other musicians wanted one with you? and who would they have to contact?
Absolutely.  Contact Me. Myundeclaredrevenge@gmail.com

Do you play any instruments?
I am playing everything you hear on the song.

Who are your influences?
Musically thats a wide variety.. But really its just life and what I see, feel or think at the moment.

How do you get inspiration to write songs?
Just life and what I see, feel or think at the moment. It’s all things I personally or someone I know has been through.

Where do you see yourself now in 5 Years?
Don’t know.  Where ever it is,  doing whatever may come,  will be alright. I do what makes me happy and what I love. Can’t ask for more!

When you’re not doing music, what do you do?
