What was the writing process like?
When we wrote this song we thought about the problems, pressure, stress, and loneliness which sometimes is felt by all. “Citizen” brings a positive message, with encouragement, hope, and freedom to move forward in everyday life. We like to approach real subjects that affect all of us somehow at one point in life and hope to let the listeners know, that we are in the same boat with them and no matter what is thrown our way, we are gonna fight it head-on.

What was the recording process like?
The Record of this song was in February 2019 at Cafe Music Studios in London in 2 days. On the 1st day, we recorded drums and bass and 2 day, we recorded guitars, keys, and vocals.
We worked with Mark as producer and Jesus as sound engineers, who are great professionals and have worked with several bands before, they were a precious help guiding us to get a better sound and giving more brightness and quality through various details.

Who are your influences?
Nirvana and The Cure have inspired us by their music, especially their journey as a band and individual musicians… the lyrics, the structure of the songs, the sounds, the effects, the guitars… They have taught us a way to express what we want to be through music.

How do you get inspiration to write songs?
London has a big role in the process of the creation of our music because it’s a city full of art everywhere represented in many different ways: the Music, the Art, the Events, the Structures, the Arquicteture, the Colors and the mix of cultures. All this is a big inspiration for us.

Where do you see yourself now in 5 Years?
Hopefully touring around the world with at least 3 recorded albums, playing for our fans and enjoying our lives.

When you’re not doing music, what do you do?
We all have our jobs, so working is where we spend most of our time… But also we like to go to live concerts, gathering with friends and cooking.

What was the song you listened to most that influenced you to go more into the music scene?
There’s no particular song, there was a variety of bands and artists that influenced us to go into the music, some of them: The Cure, Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, Tame Impala, Gustavo Cerati, Tal Wilkenfield, Janis Joplin, David Bowie, Luis Alberto Spinetta, Chet Baker, and many others.

What advice would you give to aspiring musicians not about the industry and just as an artist?
Believe in your music, write good songs, work in your own sound… The most important is to enjoy what you’re doing!
