I own 6th Floor Recordz

You guys have released some great new tracks, tell us more about how it came about.

We normally get together in the studio & start listening to beats that we have produced & see if the artist gets a feel for it. 9 times out of 10 the artist gets the pen & pad out straight away & starts writing ideas down. Then the track just starts to develop from there.

What has the response been like so far?

The response we get for all our E.P’s is really good. We love what we do & to hear people loving our music is an amazing feeling.

What made you go in to music?

I was 16 & I didnt know what i wanted to do when i left school. I went to a music studio & straight away it just clicked. I want to do music.

Who are your influences?
Dr Dre, Timbaland, 50 Cent, Eminem & Devlin. All these artists inspired me to make better music.

How do you get inspiration to write songs?

I just listen to loads of music & see what comes to mind. Then we just make some beats. Doesn’t always work the way we want it too but you just keep going.
