How did you meet each other?
I (Russ) Have Known Mick (Drums) for 30 years.. we have been friends since we were kids, & we have been in bands together previously.. I met Dan (Bass) applying for a bass player back in 2012 & Peter through the same musicians wanted column online in 2015

all our songs are based around relationships good & bad.. Ticket to Nowhere is about being in an uncomfortable situation we sometimes find ourselves in.. get me outta here.. kinda thing..

What was the recording process like?
i write & record the songs acoustic first.. then take it to guys, if they like it they put there input & emotion into the song before we go to the studio..

I Produced the Film for the Backdrop special screen effects, & NJR Media filmed the Band on stage with the screen in the background – The girls couldnt wait to dance.

Do you have any collaborations in the works?
Musically i have been writing songs for a new Female Fronted Rock Band called KALLON, the lead singer is Kim Izzard who guests on our album singing backing vocals, on a couple of songs.

Do you play any instruments?
I play rhythm guitar, Bass Guitar, harmonica, & im learning the piano also.
Who are your influences?
I grew up with KISS, Led Zep, Sabbath, Megadeth etc, but i love many bands, from billy joel, Opeth, to ludovica einaudi
How do you get inspiration to write songs?
When im relaxed is when the melodys start to flow.. could be while im shopping, or chilling on the sofa.
Where do you see yourself now in 5 Years?
ID like think touring around the world with ELECTUS would the dream, enjoying life.
When you’re not doing music, what do you do?
eat, sleep, Read, & the day job currently pays the bills, Desk Job.
Where would your dream venue to play in your hometown?
Our biggest venue is the Genting Arena (previosly the NEC) in Birmingham.. a great venue to sell out to the home crowd
What would be your dream show to have your music played on?
Wow, there’s a thought .. if its radio i want to listen to ELECTUS on daily rotation through Planet Rock, OR Radio 1, Kerrang!, Total Rock, Daily, TV? KERRANG, SCUZZ, Sky Arts.
