The four piece are from Durham and made up of Stevie Stoker,Jake Grimes,Matthew Whittaker and Joe Major.
Having a Rock,indie vipe fused with pop shows straight away from the first track ‘Trees’, the heavy guitar and rock which gently draws you in.
It is more of the vocals where you hear the pop infused in the track which gently comes through and makes the song catchy.
‘Monroe’ still has a rock vibe yet so soft and relaxing with the low drum beat showing the boys have the creativity to create their own sound and take you on a journey of their music.
Love the track name to number three ‘ Fist Fight By The Waterslide’ it really creates an atmospheric view even when nothing is playing yet also shows that it’s a song which is so close to them and basically reacted to the ‘Fist Fight By The Waterslide’ in a song!
This is just three of the songs on the Mini Album ‘ Designed State Of Mind’ it has so much more to take you on their journey and it’s great to see the professionalism in the group.
